DEPOSIT (Holding Fee)

All puppies are ready to join their forever families at 8½–9 weeks of age, after receiving two sets of age-appropriate vaccinations and a full veterinary health examination.

To reserve one of our puppies, we require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit (holding fee). This ensures our puppies are placed with serious, committed, and loving families while also respecting other approved families who may be waiting. We truly appreciate your understanding.

The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy. The remaining balance is due according to the selected pickup or delivery method.

A deposit must be received within 24 hours of requesting a hold. Otherwise, the puppy may be made available to the next approved family. A puppy is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received.

 

Arizona Families

If the puppy is already ready to go home, pickup must be scheduled within the same week the deposit is received. If the puppy is not picked up within that time and no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to make the puppy available to another family.

Out-of-State Families

If you are flying to Tucson to pick up your puppy, only a $1,000 non refundable deposit (holding fee) is required to reserve the puppy. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

We are happy to meet out of state families at our veterinarian’s office, a police station, or Tucson International Airport for a safe and convenient handoff.

If the puppy is already ready to go home at the time the deposit is received, the Buyer will have up to one (1) week to arrange pickup or delivery. After this period, a $250 weekly boarding fee will apply for up to two (2) additional weeks, along with any necessary veterinary expenses incurred during the extended stay. If the puppy is not picked up within that time and no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to make the puppy available to another family.

Out-of-State Airport Pickup / Delivery Policy

If you are unable to pick up your puppy in person, we also offer personal hand delivery to your nearest airport.

Personal Hand Delivery to Your Nearest Airport:

Personal Hand Delivery to Your Nearest Airport: A $1,000 non refundable deposit (holding fee) is required, which will be applied toward the purchase price of the puppy, plus the applicable delivery fee (separate from the puppy’s purchase price), must be paid in full before travel is scheduled. For deliveries within the United States, the delivery fee generally ranges from $550 to $850, depending on the destination airport and travel arrangements. The remaining balance for the puppy will be the total puppy purchase price minus the $1,000 deposit. The delivery fee is separate and is not deducted from the puppy’s purchase price.

Before travel is scheduled:

• $1,000 deposit → goes toward puppy price

• $550–$850 delivery fee → separate/additional

At delivery:

• Remaining puppy balance = Puppy price − $1,000 deposit

• Delivery fee does not get subtracted from the puppy price.​

Buyer Arranged Flight Nanny: If you choose to use a flight nanny of your choice, the full purchase price of the puppy must be paid at least 2 days before we release the puppy to the flight nanny.

PUPPY FEES

Prices are determined by multiple factors, including structure, coat color, and pedigree.

 

Pet Prices

Base prices range from $3,000–$6,500 (no AKC breeding rights). We always prioritize pet homes.

 

For pet-only puppies (no AKC breeding rights), a signed spay/neuter contract is required.

 

*Additional contractual requirements apply for females sold with breeding rights.

Full AKC registration with breeding rights is available for an additional $500–$1,500, depending on the individual puppy.
