Pickup & Delivery Information

Arizona Families

If the puppy is already ready to go home, pickup must be scheduled within the same week the deposit is received. If the puppy is not picked up within that time and no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to make the puppy available to another family.

Out-of-State Families

If you are flying to Tucson to pick up your puppy, only a deposit is required to reserve the puppy. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

We are happy to meet out-of-state families at our veterinarian’s office, a police station, or Tucson International Airport for a safe and convenient handoff.

If the puppy is already ready to go home, we allow up to 1 week after receiving the deposit to arrange pickup or delivery. After that period, a boarding fee of $100 per week (for up to 2 additional weeks), plus any necessary veterinary expenses, will apply. If the puppy is not picked up within that time and no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to make the puppy available to another family.

Out-of-State Airport Pickup / Delivery Policy

If you are unable to pick up your puppy in person, we also offer hand delivery to your nearest airport.

Hand Delivery to Your Nearest Airport: A minimum of 50% of the puppy price, along with the delivery fee, must be paid before travel is scheduled. The delivery fee includes round-trip airfare and a $150 puppy travel fee, which reflects standard airline in-cabin pet travel costs. The remaining balance for the puppy is due at the time of delivery.

Flight Nanny: If you choose to use a flight nanny of your choice, the full purchase price of the puppy must be paid at least 2 days before we release the puppy to the flight nanny.
